Terms & Conditions for 6xix Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6xix ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Agreement governs all access to and use of the 6xix website located at https://6xix.net, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, and support functions made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by continuing to use the 6xix platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the governing version in the event of any ambiguity or dispute. 6xix operates the platform as a service for the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for determining whether use of the platform is lawful in their specific location.

6xix reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 6xix will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Access to and use of the 6xix platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The minimum age for participation on the 6xix platform is 18 years without exception;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) opening the account solely for your own personal use and entertainment;
• You are not accessing the platform in your capacity as a professional gambler in a jurisdiction that prohibits professional gambling activity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party;
• You do not have an existing 6xix account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed by 6xix for any reason.

6xix takes the 18+ requirement with utmost seriousness. At the time of your first withdrawal request, and at any other time at 6xix's discretion, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA). The document must clearly show your full legal name and date of birth.

If the verification process reveals that you are under the age of 18, your account will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made to the account during the period of use will be returned to the payment method originally used for the deposit. Any winnings accumulated on the account will be void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

6xix also reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any stage of the player relationship, including source-of-funds documentation for players making deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Such requests are part of our commitment to operating a safe, fair, and legally compliant platform.

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services on 6xix, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and an email address that you own and actively use.

You are strictly permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 6xix platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other method of obfuscation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 6xix's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number as an additional layer of account protection;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including friends or family members;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Contact 6xix support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

6xix will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 6xix that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

All activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. 6xix cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such losses result directly from a failure on 6xix's own systems.

6xix supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local and national payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time, and 6xix reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels with reasonable notice to players.

All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier transactions may be subject to additional verification steps as part of our standard compliance procedures.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made, wherever technically possible (this is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement);
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10–20 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours;
• 6xix reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk management thresholds.

Players are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their mobile financial service provider or bank. 6xix does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may be subject to change with prior notice.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions above. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5 and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.

6xix offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 6xix promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on 6xix range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount;
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Live casino games, slots, and table games may have different contribution rates. The eligible games and contribution rates will be listed in the specific promotion terms;
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation;
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin using bonus funds is ৳500, unless the specific promotion terms state a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided;
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Some promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

6xix reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event that a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited to player accounts at the time of cancellation will remain valid until their stated expiry date, subject to the original promotion terms.

Bonus abuse — defined as any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, systematic exploitation of wagering loopholes, or any other method that 6xix deems to be bad-faith participation in a promotion — is a breach of these Terms. 6xix reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

All games available on the 6xix platform — including live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers, crash games and instant-win titles from Spribe, and RNG-based table games — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of 6xix's platform and cannot be influenced or manipulated by 6xix, by game operators, or by any third party.

By participating in any game on the 6xix platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG processes or by real-world dealing/spinning mechanics in the case of live dealer games, and are not within 6xix's control;
• The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are accurate and have been independently verified by the relevant game provider or third-party testing laboratory;
• All bets are final once confirmed. 6xix will not reverse, void, or refund a confirmed bet on the basis that you changed your mind after placing it;
• In the event of a technical malfunction (such as a disconnection, server error, or software failure) during a game round, 6xix will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the interrupted round from available server-side records. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account;
• In cricket betting and other sports markets, 6xix follows the specific market rules published for each competition. Markets will be settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL markets).

6xix reserves the right to refuse any wager, limit bet amounts, or restrict access to specific games or markets for any player at any time, without the obligation to provide a reason. Such decisions may be taken as part of our standard risk management procedures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6xix platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the 6xix platform under any name, identity, device, or IP address;
• Identity fraud: Registering using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information, or submitting fraudulent documents during the KYC process;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or promotional terms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of game or match outcome;
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner that is not through the standard human interface provided;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for gambling activity;
• Money laundering: Using the 6xix platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of any funds;
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language toward 6xix staff members, live dealers, or other players through any platform communication channel.

6xix employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section will not receive prior warning before account suspension where the conduct involves fraud, money laundering, or identity crime.

Either you or 6xix may close your account at any time. The procedures and consequences of closure differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: If you wish to close your account, contact 6xix support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Closure for Responsible Gaming (Self-Exclusion): Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion, which prevents the account from being re-opened for a minimum of six months. During the self-exclusion period, 6xix will also suppress marketing communications to the excluded player. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect and are not reversible before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

Suspension or Closure by 6xix: 6xix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Any other circumstance in which 6xix reasonably determines that continuation of the account relationship poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

In cases where an account is closed by 6xix due to a breach of these Terms, 6xix reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, any funds determined to be proceeds of prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money funds not connected to prohibited activity will be returned within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the investigation.
